Careers · Columbia Falls, Montana
Work where the
mountains start.
We're a small, owner-operated team building something worth showing up for — eleven miles from Glacier National Park’s West Glacier entrance. If you care about doing honest work well and growing alongside people who do too, read on.
Who we're looking for
Small team. High standard. Real culture.
Wonderstone at Glacier isn't a flag property or a managed-by-committee operation. It's owner-operated — which means every decision, every hire, and every standard comes from people who are personally invested in what this place becomes.
That creates a different kind of job. Less bureaucracy, more accountability. Less script, more judgment. You'll be trusted to read a situation and act on it. If that sounds like how you want to work, we'd like to meet you.
Why us
More than a seasonal paycheck.
Real mentoring — not just onboarding
We're a small team with direct ownership involvement. That means you're not a badge number; you're a person we're invested in developing. If you want to grow into more responsibility, say so. We'll build the path together.
Gradual growth, earned trust
Our philosophy is straightforward: prove yourself on the fundamentals, and the door opens further. Team members who own their role and live the values get increasing autonomy — and eventual leadership track consideration for standouts.
A team worth showing up for
We're local, bilingual, and genuinely care about the people we work with. No toxic cliques, no revolving-door management culture. People return season after season because the work feels good and the company feels better.
Glacier in your backyard
Eleven miles from one of the most extraordinary places on earth. If you live and work in the Flathead Valley, you know what that means. If you're relocating for a season, prepare to fall in love with it.
Open roles
Where you might fit in.
We hire for both properties — Wonderstone (7336 US Hwy 2 E) and Riverstone (3395 MT Hwy 206) — across seasonal and year-round schedules. Not sure which role fits? Apply anyway and tell us what you're good at.
Front Desk
The first face a guest sees and often the last. You'll handle reservations, answer park questions, solve problems before they escalate, and set the tone for every stay. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates especially welcome.
Housekeeping
Spotless is one of our three brand pillars — and it starts here. Our housekeeping team maintains the standard that keeps guests coming back. Detail-oriented people who take quiet pride in their craft fit right in.
Maintenance
Two properties, one team that keeps everything running. From HVAC and plumbing to trail-worn guests' first impressions of a well-kept property, you're the reason we can promise a reliable stay every time.
Night Audit
Overnight desk coverage plus end-of-day reconciliation. Quiet, detail-focused work — ideal for someone who wants ownership of their shift and doesn't mind the silence of a Montana night.
Don't see your exact role listed? We welcome general applications — especially from people with hotel, restaurant, or outdoor-tourism backgrounds.
How we operate
Five values. No exceptions.
These aren't motivational posters in a break room. They're what we hire for, coach toward, and hold each other to — every shift, every season. Before you apply, read them. If they resonate, you'll fit here.
We care about the small things — because the small things are what guests actually remember. A squeaky door fixed before anyone has to ask. A coffee suggestion offered without being prompted. Caring isn't a job requirement here; it's the baseline.
When something goes sideways — and occasionally it will — we don't pass the buck or wait for a supervisor. The person closest to the situation is empowered to make it right. Accountability isn't punitive here; it's a point of pride.
Every shift, every room, every interaction leaves things a little better than they started. We're not executing a franchise template; we're a team that genuinely improves with time. If you worked here last season, expect this one to stretch you further.
Some guests want trail recommendations and a twenty-minute chat. Some just want a key and a quiet hallway. Great hospitality means knowing the difference — and responding to what the moment calls for, not what a script says.
Because it does. The guest checking in at 11 p.m. after a delayed flight matters as much as the first arrival of the morning. We show up fully — focused, present, and ready — every time.
Our brand pillars
The standard every shift upholds.
Spotless
Cleanliness isn't a detail — it's the promise. Every room we turn, every common area we touch, every surface a guest will notice: we do it right, without shortcuts.
Warm
We mean it when we say hello. The team is local, bilingual, and genuinely invested in each guest's experience. Warmth here isn't a policy — it's who we hire.
Local
We're from the Flathead Valley. The park is in our backyard. That knowledge — the trails, the timing, the honest recommendations — is one of the best things we offer.
